Standards Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about sustainability and regenerative agriculture? An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Standards Co-ordinator to join a growing international team dedicated to supporting the global transition to regenerative farming systems. 

This role sits at the heart of a leading regenerative agriculture initiative, contributing to the development and management of agricultural standards that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and environmental performance across global supply chains. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Supporting the Standards Manager in developing and maintaining agricultural standards and procedures 

• Coordinating the standards development process across internal technical teams 

• Ensuring compliance with standards management procedures and identifying areas for improvement 

• Providing administrative support with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency 

What You’ll Bring: 

• At least 5 years’ experience in sustainability roles within agriculture, ideally in auditing or certification environments 

• Experience in consultancy services related to sustainability for farming and supply chains 

• Strong understanding of sustainability schemes, certification systems, and their procedures 

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
